Franchise

Run the trusted agriculture centre in your community.

Become a OSAC franchise operator and build a real business — bringing genuine inputs, training, irrigation, financing and fair markets to the farmers around you, backed by a brand they can rely on and a system that does the heavy lifting with you.

What you get

Everything you need to start strong — and keep growing.

A trusted brand

The OSAC name, signage and identity that farmers recognise and trust. In a market where farmers are careful about who they buy from, opening under a brand that stands for genuine products and honest advice gives you credibility from day one — credibility that would otherwise take years to build.

Quality supply

Verified inputs at fair wholesale prices, delivered and restocked through the Hub. Every product is sourced from licensed manufacturers, so what reaches your shelves is genuine and consistent. Restocking is coordinated so you're never caught short when the season peaks and demand is highest.

Operator app

A complete dashboard for stock, customers, sales and produce — your whole centre in one place. See what's moving, what needs reordering, and which farmers are due for a follow-up. When a farmer is ready to apply for credit or sell their harvest, the records are already there, organised and ready.

Training & support

Full onboarding to get you started, plus ongoing agronomy help, regular field visits, and a direct line to our team. You don't need to be an agronomist — OSAC's field team backs you with crop-specific guidance and answers when a farmer brings a problem you haven't seen before.

Irrigation services

Offer drip and solar irrigation setup and support to farmers in your area — a growing demand and a service most centres can't provide. Earn from installation and seasonal support while helping farmers extend their growing season.

Financing access

Connect your farmers to input credit and equipment financing, with you facilitating the application and repayment structured through the harvest. Credit-ready farmers buy more — which means stronger, more reliable sales for your centre every season.

What it takes to open

A clear, capital-light path to opening.

Typical range
Hub setup (first location in a new area)approx. €30,000–35,000
Opening a new centre under an established Hubapprox. €5,000–7,000
Inventoryfinanced through supplier guarantee, not upfront cash

Most of the cost of opening a new centre is covered by the franchise fee and supplier-guaranteed inventory — you're not funding a warehouse from your own pocket.

Three centre formats

A format that matches your location.

Class A

District town, dense population

Full range, offtake, irrigation, demo plot. Territory: 20,000–30,000 farmers.

Class B

Smaller town, rural ward

Inputs, advice, offtake, basic credit. Territory: 10,000–20,000 farmers.

Class C

Remote village, container format

Lean footprint: inputs, verification and an offtake point. Territory: 5,000–10,000 farmers.

A real business

More than one way to earn.

A OSAC centre isn't a single product line — it's a diversified local business with income from daily input sales plus the services farmers come back for all season long. The result is income that keeps coming across the whole agricultural calendar, not just at planting time. The more your farmers grow, the more your centre earns — your success and theirs move in the same direction.

  • Margin on the inputs farmers buy from you
  • Service fees from training, farm planning and irrigation
  • Commission on the produce you help aggregate and sell through the OSAC marketplace
  • Facilitation income from financing applications and supplier demonstrations
  • Seasonal recurring income from farmers who return season after season
Who can apply

If your community trusts you, we want to talk.

Agro-dealers

Already selling inputs? Bring your business under a trusted brand with a reliable, verified supply chain and the digital tools and services to grow your margins and your farmer base.

Agriculture graduates

Extension workers and ag graduates ready to build their own business in their community — with the knowledge already in hand and the business system provided.

Local entrepreneurs

Trusted community members ready to lead. We especially welcome women entrepreneurs, who consistently build the strongest farmer relationships and the most reliable centres in our network.

Why operators stay in the network

A franchise only works if staying beats leaving.

Here's what a centre gets from the network that it structurally can't build alone.

Buying power

Verified inputs at wholesale prices through aggregated Hub purchasing. Alone, you'd pay more — enough to erase the margin you'd think you're saving.

The brand

Farmers come because it's OSAC — verified, trusted. Without the sign, the reason to choose you specifically disappears.

Credit access

You can offer input credit only because OSAC brokers it with a bank, and because the offtake guarantees repayment. Alone, you can't.

A buyer network

You can promise a buyer only because OSAC has a sales network. Alone, you have nowhere to sell aggregated harvest.

The system

Inventory, farmer CRM, credit history, buyer matching all run through the OSAC app. Leaving means losing the system.

Backed every step of the way

You're building your own business — but never on your own.

Every OSAC partner has a dedicated relationship manager who visits regularly to check in, solve problems and help you grow. Behind that is the full OSAC system — the supply Hub, the agronomy team, the marketplace, the financing partners and the technology platform — all working to make your centre stronger. As the network grows, so does the value of being part of it: more buyers in the marketplace, more supply power, more brand recognition in every village.

Exclusive territory

One OSAC partner per area — so the farmer base you build is yours, and your investment is protected.
